Dockleveller

The dock leveler is a special leveling platform that acts as a bridge between the floor of the vehicle body and the level of the ramp or other surface, blocking the space and compensating for the height difference. In this case, part of the platform can be on the same level with the floor of the truck body.

The basis of the design is made up of the following components: anti-slip cargo platform, hydraulic station, hydraulic cylinders, ramp and control panel.

When the mechanism is activated, the system raises the loading platform to its highest position and tilts the ramp. After that, the platform smoothly, under its own weight, descends on board the car, thereby forming a dock leveler for comfortable unloading / loading.

After finishing work, the structure returns to its original position.
